Presently, Dr. Dinesh Katre heads the National Multimedia Resource Centre of C-DAC, Pune. He has envisioned the R&D charter for Human Computer Interaction Design (HCID) at C-DAC. His research covers Interface Usability and HCI, cognitive psychology of users, instructional models, remote usability, etc. He has special interest in the cognitive study of illiterate users and children. He is the principle designer of many software, content and training products.
